Ezra POV
Scott arrived at our place 10 minutes later… He looked at me and then looked at Rebecca, and he pinched the bridge from his nose and sighed.
After a pause, he looked up again and sighed, “Alright, Ezra… here is the deal… Either we stop this or you are going to lose your sponsorship contracts and your contract with the Panthers…” He said it as it was. I knew in the back of my mind that he was going to tell me something like that because he took things seriously and this matter could ruin my reputation in the long run.
“The bottom line here is, you need to face the media and clear this whole mess… and you need to show up proof of what you are saying is the truth… otherwise it will just add gasoline to the fire…” He sat on the couch and opened his briefcase…
