Ember I awoke with a groan as I tried to pick myself up off my stomach. My head was spinning and I fought the urge to vomit. What the hell just happened? “Good morning Sunshine,” a female voice said and I snapped my head up to find the Queen of our world sitting with her back against a tree watching me. She did not attempt to approach me as I quickly got to my feet. The motion didn’t help my head or my stomach. I looked around my unfamiliar surroundings, confused as to why and how I got here. “Where the hell have you taken me?” I stammered, my voice betraying me. “I didn’t bring us here.
