The next day Satria was surprised because a group of builders met him. They said that they are ready to demolish Lixia's building today because demolition doesn't require special equipment. It turned out that the builder who was the contractor yesterday immediately gathered his workers so that they could be finished quickly as Satria wanted.
That day Satria alone went to Lunar City with a group of builders. Meanwhile, Lixia, Miria, and Nekora stayed behind in Whis Village to inspect the plants around her house. In the Lunar City, Satria witnessed even helping the demolition and cleaning of the rubble of buildings. The shop owners and Miria's neighbors looked surprised. They probably thought the Lixia family couldn't pay their debts until the house was demolished.
In the afternoon, everything was finished, and the rubble of the building had been cleaned up. They finally rested while eating the lunch they had brought from the village. It reminded Satria of the early days of high school. He also often brought provisions to save scholarship money. His routine was destroyed after Andre and his friends repeatedly interrupted his mealtime until he became used to not eating at school.
"If only there was magic to build a house, it would be faster," Satria thought as he got up.
"I will go home first to Whis Village," said Satria to the head of the contractor.
"Okay, sir. We will also be home soon after having lunch here," the vendor waved his hand.
Satria immediately returned to Whis Village on foot. On the way, he again ran into several demi-human adventurers heading to Lunar City. If he remember correctly, some of them were demi-humans who at that time, also passed Satria. Satria had a bad feeling, but he thought maybe it was because his mind was always high alert.
In the afternoon, Trixi and Alexa also returned to Whis Village. This time, they deliberately took a horse-drawn carriage to go home faster. Satria, who was talking with Foxi about the construction and his plans for the future, was immediately surprised to see Trixi and Alexa come home earlier than yesterday.
"How come you two came home so early?" asked Satria.
"We're having a party tonight to welcome our new neighbors," Trixi replied.
"Eh?" Satria said while frowning. It looks like Alexa and Trixi brought quite a lot of groceries.
"Party, yes, just a waste of money," thought Satria. Satria has never experienced a festive party again for more than two years. Every major event held at his school must end in bullying.
"Oh yes, sir, is it possible for the demi humans to live together in the neighboring village or this village?" asked Satria.
"For the demi humans? As far as I know, only Nekora lives in this village. Even in the neighboring village, there are no residents for the demi humans, as you know that we are like oil and water that cannot be united even though there is no written prohibition," replied Foxi.
"In fact, I was surprised when I heard the news that you two lived with demi-humans in one house. It's not something that's f*******n, but rarely anyone dares to do it," continued Foxi.
"Why?" asked Satria trying to match Foxi's opinion with his own.
"Hmm. Maybe for the demi human who looks more like Nekora, it's still not too much of a problem. But most people still feel disgusted if they have to live together. After all, they are still like animals. Meanwhile, for the demi-humans, many hate humans, especially among them who are victims of buying and selling for slaves," said Foxi.
"Demi-humans who serve as royal soldiers usually go through a strict process. There were even rumors saying that they had been mind washed into taking sides and, according to royal orders, essentially remained human slaves. As a former adventurer, I know it's all wrong because, for the demif humans, just like us humans, it's also just a rumor. Still, many believe it," continued Foxi.
"I see," said Satria. He was even more worried about what he had seen at night a few days ago.
"It feels like many of my plans are going according to my wishes in the real world or this world. But it's okay. I won't waver with my current goal," Satria thought as he stood up. His head immediately looked up to the sky to see the dark black clouds blocking the moonlight.
"What's the matter, Satria? You seem so restless?" Foxy asked.
"I just have a bad feeling, well, even though it's not strange because my mind is filled with bad things," replied Satria.
"Why is that so?" asked Foxi with concern.
"When I came home from here at night, I ran into several demi-humans heading towards several neighboring villages. Today I saw some of the demi-humans returning to Lunar City. It was clear they were adventurers from their equipment," replied Satria.
"Wouldn't it be impossible if they were hunting monsters around the village?" said Foxi.
"That's true, but I still feel many things are odd right now," said Satria. Somehow according to some of his calculations, he was worried that this had something to do with the information Alexa explained back at the adventurer's association building yesterday.
The night was so quiet. Satria is still sitting on the terrace of his house while Lixia, Nekora, Alexa, Trixi, and their younger siblings are preparing to make a grill outside the house. Miria, who came out of the house, looked thoughtful while looking at the daydreaming Satria.
"Don't you want to join the others?" asked Miria.
"Later, aunty. Now I'm more worried about something, "said Satria while looking up at the sky.
"Young people like you shouldn't think too much about bad things. You need to be alert, but you also need to get happiness. Bad thoughts will only lead to bad reality, too," said Miria with a smile and then left Satria.
"I know it's an aunt. But it's hard not to have bad thoughts after what I've been through for more than two years," Satria thought while taking a deep breath.
Suddenly, from the northwest, the sky was bright. Red gradation light seemed to shine brightly in the sky before seeing small flames shooting downwards. It must be much bigger when viewed up close, judging from its size. At that moment, Satria immediately jumped to the ground and looked towards the west.
'Dhoommrr'
There was a faint explosion sound in the distance as small lights of various colors adorned the sky of Lunar City. Obviously, it wasn't fireworks but attack magic. A puff of black smoke was seen rising into the sky of Lunar City. All the residents of Whis Village, including Foxi, immediately came out of their houses after hearing a loud bang.
"Woe," said Foxi.
"Looks like we're under attack!" shouted some of the villagers. Foxi immediately ran towards the village hall. Not long after that, Satria heard the alarm bell ringing immediately.
"What is this?" asked Luxi, who also came out of her house. Meanwhile, Dex and Nixi immediately hid behind their sister's body.
"Satria, what happened?" asked Alexa.
"I believe that Lunar City is under attack. Prepare your equipment. I'm sure the impact will also reach here," said Satria. Seeing Satria being so serious, Alexa immediately went into her house.
"Lixia, Nekora, you guys just stay here. I'm going to meet Mr. Foxi," Satria ordered as he ran towards the village hall.
Now the people of Whis Village immediately rushed to the village hall after hearing the sound of the danger bell calling them. Foxi seems to be giving some directions to his citizens. This amazed Satria because Foxi's steps were fast and precise, if it was too late, the people would panic, and his condition would worsen.
