Adventure Inside the Dungeon

Satria and Squad Raven continued to walk down the cave path on the 2nd floor of the Luxurie Dungeon. They had to go back again several times because their chosen path turned out to be a dead end. But eventually, they found a way to the 3rd floor. The deeper the floor, the monsters they faced, and the higher the level. Even the very weak skeleton monsters on the 1st floor could be troublesome the deeper they got. "It seems that the path we have chosen is indeed the right one," said Satria when he saw that in front of them appeared five giant skeletons accompanied by small skeletons. "Fireball!" Zord said, using his magic trying to attack the approaching giant skeleton. Still, his magic power could only make the giant skeleton's body wobble. "Tch, as usual, it looks like we should just distract them and run away," said Raven as he drew his sword. "Fighter," said Satria slowly. "It looks like they've all just reached level 10, so desperate to explore dungeons on the 10th floor and below," Satria thought as he jumped up and swung his staff against the body of a giant skeleton. 'Bhamr' There was a loud crash sound accompanied by sparks when the tip of Satria's spear hit the skeleton, and it didn't stop there. Satria also punched the skeleton with his left hand. The gigantic skeleton monster shattered with just one hit, and its bones melted into ashes. "Woe, even though I've reduced my strength," thought Satria while treading on the ground. Seeing this, Raven and his squad were stunned. "Don't be afraid. Maybe that monster appeared long ago. Other strong adventurers may have faced them. Their strength feels weak," said Satria, breaking Raven's thoughts and his squad members. "So that's how it is, let's go!" shouted Raven as he dashed towards the small skeletons. "It seems they misunderstood too," Satria thought. He had been trying to lie all this time. He's just trying to lead his interlocutor to think about other things that aren't even necessarily true and not necessarily wrong either. "Fireball!" repeated Zord, throwing fireballs to hit the small skeletons. Meanwhile, Lea and Vi helped their two friends from behind by shooting their blunt arrows because blunt objects than sharp objects more effectively destroyed skeletons. Sil herself was in front of Lea and Vi to prepare to help them with her abilities. "Boost: agility!" said Sil while pointing her hand at Satria. "Support magic to increase speed, huh? For a beginner, her thinking is pretty quick too. She helps the fighters in the front row who fight the most troublesome enemies," Satria thought as his body was briefly enveloped in a gradation of yellow light. "But to fight the skeletons, she should use attack power enhancement magic on her comrades," thought Satria, who immediately jumped behind the remaining four skeletons. The skeletons' movements were slow, especially at that size. Still, their bones would get more challenging as the level got higher. Sure enough, now the four skeletons immediately moved toward him and swung their wooden bats. Still, Satria swiftly jumped into the cave wall. As four wooden bats hit the ground, a loud crashing sound and dust directly flew. Suddenly, two dog skeletons jumped at Satria. 'Brakh' Without difficulty, Satria turned his spear and slashed down the dog skeletons approaching him. Meanwhile, a giant skeleton swung its wooden bat again at the cave wall. Satria quickly jumped up and ran between the skeleton's hands while spinning her spear. 'Bhamr' They heard a loud crash again as Satria slammed his staff into the skeleton's neck. Sparks seemed to smolder and produce smoke from the impact of the spear. Without stopping, Satria directly rained down the skeleton's body with blows of his spear. The skeleton finally shattered, and the bones scattered. "Is he a priest?" said Sil with wide eyes. "I have never seen a priest fight at close range like a fighter in my life," said Vi. "He's really mysterious," muttered Raven, who was still busy taking care of the little skeletons that Zord, Lea, and Vi assisted. "Actually, any adventurer can fight at close range like that, but his fighting style looks very well trained like that," said Zord. "You're right," said Raven as he slashed his sword at the approaching skeleton goblins. Meanwhile, Satria now jumps to the cave ceiling, below which three giant skeletons raise their heads. At that moment, Satria immediately shot down while striking his spear. With each attack, he deliberately slowed down so that he would not destroy the skeleton with just one attack. 'Beukh' 'Trang' 'Dagh' Sounds of impact continued to be heard, along with the explosion of sparks that appeared when the crash occurred. Smoke continued to rise, two gigantic skeletons were seen falling and their bones falling apart. Without wasting time, Satria immediately jumped again towards the one remaining giant skeleton. "It's enjoyable," Satria thought. He slammed the blunt part of his spear into the skeleton's bones until sparks accompanied another loud crash. "The sensation is so real. I never thought I'd be able to feel what it's like to fight against monsters in the dungeon," thought Satria again as he showered the giant skeleton body with his spear. 'Bregh' The last giant skeleton was finally destroyed. Now no more small skeletons dared to approach Satria. Some of them fled, and some were destroyed there after being killed by Satria. When Raven and the others seemed to be panting, Satria didn't sweat a bit. It seemed that his character's stats did affect his body as well. "You are great, Satria," said Raven from behind Satria. "This is the first time I've seen a priest fighting such close quarters," Zord replied. "Priest," said Satria slowly. "I live in poverty. That's why since childhood, I have worked hard and trained my body," answered Satria, according to the reality in the real world. He immediately walked over to Raven and Zord. "Healing: cure wounds!" Satria said as he brought his hand closer to Raven's body. At that moment, a gradation of yellow light enveloped Raven's body, slowly, the minor wounds on his body disappeared. "Thank you very much," said Raven. Meanwhile, Sil immediately recovered Zord. "Usually, we always run to avoid the skeletons. This is the first time we face them head-on like this," said Zord. "Oh, I see. So have you guys faced a 10th-floor boss before?" asked Satria. "Never, we only get to the 9th floor normally. We wanted to try to fight him, but at our current level, the only way to try to face the boss of the 10th floor is to ally with another squad or a guild to fight him together," replied Raven. "But unfortunately, no one has ever wanted to form an alliance with us to deal with it. Many small squads like us are willing to accept it. But without a strong and experienced adventurer, it feels like we'll die here," said Zord. "Hmm .. so it seems," said Satria. They immediately continued on their way again to the 4th floor. Skeleton bones can also be sold, but the price is meager because they are low-class monsters. That's why none of them wanted to pick up the scattered skeletons. The four of them continued to walk along the path on the 4th floor, facing several more skeleton monsters until they finally reached the 5th floor. There were only five doors to choose from, but the size was more significant than the cave passages on the 1st to 4th floors. Lea decided to select the second path because she said she heard the sound of a monster there.
