“Who’s Bruno?” Stella asked Terri, pointing to the entry in the printout.
Terri smiled helpfully. “Mr. Bruno partnered with Mr. Coleridge originally. They started Zenith Capital together, but a few months later, Mr. Coleridge bought him out and went forward as the sole director.”
“Is it a person or a company?”
“An individual person,” Terri said.
Stella glanced at Carrie, who was scrutinizing the page, looking interested. She felt intrigued also. Although the payout was large, it was nowhere close to the company’s first annual valuation. Investments from clients had flooded in during the first few months and Zenith Capital had already shown substantial growth. Why was this payout not reflecting this?
