My alarm blared at me. I rolled over and punched the snooze button. 4:30am, "I hate Mondays", I groaned and was in no way ready to get up, so I mentally went over what I had to do today to give myself a little time to wake up more. I had to be at training in a half an hour, not feeling motivated for that, at all, then I had to attend the test of our new military gadgets at 8, I was actually a bit excited because I had been working on this project for months. Lastly, I have my date with Jessie. I shot up in bed… that’s right I’m seeing Jessie today, it’s our first date. Thinking about my little badass filled me with so much energy.
