WHAT HAPPENED?

I jerked up from the bed in fright with my nightwear on.
I saw Lyulph sitting beside me with his uniform on, peeling green apples on a white plate.
I took a deep breath, knowing I was in safe hands.
Lyulph turned to me and sighed.
"You are awake," he asked with a bit of relief in his tone and handed me the apples he had peeled.
I looked at it for a second wondering why I was eating an apple this morning, then, it struck me as I recalled what went on last night.
"Take it and don't keep me waiting," he said.
I finally realized myself and grabbed the apple from him.
"Lyulph, about last night…"
"Let's not talk about last night, eat your fruit, and get the f*****g day going. Go take a cold bath, we are going to school now." he stood up from the bed and dropped the other white plate beside me at the lampshade table.
"Or do you want to stay at home for today?'
"Lyulph, please tell me what happened. I want to know, please tell me everything, I need to know. What transpired to those kids, I need to know what occurred with that man and that other Alpha who held my neck. Why were they like that in the first place? I smelled something different when I blacked out, did you rescue me from that Alpha? Please tell me.'
I needed to find out, I didn't just appear in my room.
He brought me here himself.
Lyulph's expression went dark, he squeezed his fist with a clenched jaw.
I began getting scared of his aura, did I say anything wrong? Why was he suddenly like a different person?
"Get up, take a bath, and get dressed.' he frowned deeply and walked out of my room, and slammed the door.
What did I say wrong?
I quickly got up from bed, so I could take a good bath and rushed to school.
While I was taking a shower, I kept thinking about last night.
When I fainted and why was Lyulph trying to avoid the question instead of answering me or was he offended that I didn't meet up with my mate?
Wait for a second.
That Alpha is my mate, my wolf kept screaming and calling him my mate.
I need to let Lyulph know the truth, he needs to know what I'm talking about, that during the moon festival, I found my mate.
I got out of the bathroom, cleaned myself up, and wore my uniform.
I took along my school bag after rubbing some makeup on my face.
I came out of the room when I saw Lyulph standing in the living room while having a conversation with a young girl.
She looks like an Omega.
Well, her scent told a lot about her.
"You need to leave for now, we will be having this conversation later on, understand.'
The girl smiled and nodded before leaving the living room.
As I descended the stairs and got closer to him, his pheromones were a bit thick.
Then, I saw a little red circle on his neck. Why does he have the same circle as mine?
I touched my neck and felt the pain, it was still there and this exactly proves that whatever happened last night wasn't a dream.
Come to think of it, why isn't my father here yet to condemn me for not finding my mate?
"Lyulph," I called him.
He shifted his attention and stared at me from head to toe.
"You look sexy," he whispered.
"Huh!' I reacted and he shook his head and spank his forehead.
"Let's go outside, the driver is waiting for us.' With that, he left without saying a word to me so I followed him outside and got into the car.
The driver nodded and began driving out of the mansion as the gate closed itself.
"Why don't you want to tell me about last night and where our father is?' I asked and he just continued facing the window without saying anything to me.
"Are your injuries okay?'
How could I forget the beating my father gave him mercilessly without any remorse for the monstrous attitude he displayed?
Silence.
"I'm worried about you and everyone, please tell me what's going on, stop ignoring me, I would love to know the reasons. What are you hiding from me that you don't want to let me know, is there something I'm supposed to know."
"Can you just be quiet for once? Let the atmosphere be as dead as a graveyard. Be silent and stop talking?" He snapped.
"I need to know.'
"Then, how is that going to solve any issue huh, tell me. If I tell you, of what use are you to me, what are you f*****g going to do about it?"
"Are you trying to say that I'm useless?"
"If that's how you feel and what you truly think in that head of yours, then, you are useless because I don't see any reason in letting you know what happened yesterday. I saved you and that's what matters, okay, stop bugging me, it's irritating.' He forcefully opened the door as soon as the driver stopped at our school and slammed it behind him.
I also came down from the car and ran after him, hastily before he could get to his class.
"Lyulph.' I called him.
"Leave me the f**k alone, don't follow me.' he yelled and walked out on me without a word.
I was devastated. Whatever he was trying to hide from me must be pretty serious.
I went to class, and almost everyone gave me this dark look, but I ignored it as I was about to take my seat and sit down but found myself hitting my butt on the floor.
"Ahhh...Ouch!' I screeched and everyone burst out in laughter.
I stood up from the floor and found Kelvin taking back my seat as he laughed.
"Are you the one behind this?" I shouted angrily as I slightly rubbed my butt.
"Yes,' he smirked and mockingly ticked his tongue and grinned, standing up from his seat. 'I am the one behind this,' he admitted.
"What's the meaning of all this, haven't you done enough already, why don't you leave me alone.'
