After Clarissa and Dr. Canis had left the room, I told Chase what had happened tonight.
How I was able to use my abilities to protect myself against Lucien and Grame, and I also told him about my Aunt Lumaura, who showed up, out of the blue, to help.
“I really didn’t expect her to help, but I really believe she is trying to change their ways and that they want to help.” I explained to Chase. He listened to me, but didn’t really seem convinced.
