Louisa's POV
"How are you doing, Miss Falco?" Lucian walked into the bedroom.
I ignored him.
I thought Lucas would come in with him, but he didn't.
"Where's Lucas?" I asked.
Lucian shut the door behind him and said, "Lucas needs to take a rest for the training tomorrow. Let's make this short and sweet."
"I know you're scheming something to break up me and Lucas." I hissed. "I don't want to talk to you. I need to talk to Lucas."
"It's nothing personal," Lucian sat at the edge of the bed and said. "Please don't take it personally, Miss Falco. Lucas is the next Alpha in our pack, so we have to be very careful of the mate he chooses. After all, his mate will become the future Luna of our pack."
