Seeing Alice in this way generates enormous frustration , especially when I think that I could have stayed a little more outside the building and could have convinced her to get in the car , so she would not have gotten wet and at this moment she would not be sick, and as much as I have insisted that she go home , she continues to say that she feels fine and can continue to work normally , but she is not , her red nose and watery eyes are evidence that she has a bad cold.
