Calissa’s POV
I couldn’t stop the smile on my face after hearing Peter speak. He always swoops in and defends me. He is like an awesome big brother to me. He always has my back, no matter what. He has from the first night we met. I could see the ugly looks on both Juliana and Camila’s faces as they glared at me. They thought that I was alone, so they had come to mess with me. I think Dad is right. We need to go ahead and deal with this quickly. They are going to escalate things from here. The police can text me if they need me. I can just come home quickly, and deal with anything that comes up.
“This isn’t over with, Calissa. I hope you can get a good attorney, as I will not be letting you ruin my daughter's life over a little prank,” Juliana said as she turned to leave.
