Chapter 49
Calissa’s POV
Andreas wanted to do one more ride on the Ferris Wheel, one for just the two of us, before we headed over to the carousel. I was hoping that this would result in the kiss that I had wanted earlier. We stood in line, waiting to ride with my aunt and uncle, as well as Andreas’ parents. Surprisingly enough, Peter and Asherah were also there in line with us, holding hands. Asherah was blushing as much as I was. I could see my aunt rubbing my uncle's arm, trying to keep him calm. This was the first time one of his children had expressed any kind of interest in someone. I guess he is taking it hard. Even knowing that Peter was a good man, I can still see my uncle struggling with it.
