Andreas’ POV
I saw the guy following her toward the bathroom. I was waiting right around the corner. I didn’t know if she was going to need me or not, but I was going to be there for her either way. She was not hateful to him, not like she should have been. I hope that he got what she was telling him. She just wanted to be left alone when school started back. That was it. She was surprised to see me there when she came around the corner. She was walking so fast that she almost bumped into me. I knew that as soon as she saw me, most of her anxiety left her. He had stressed her out, but she didn’t let him know it.
She waited until she was free of him, to let down her guard. I pulled her into my chest for a hug. I knew she needed it. I could tell that she had a bad night’s slee
