Bryce froze for a moment, then burst into laughter. "Fire me?" He scoffed. "Do you have any idea how much profit I generate for the Lee Group? Do you know how many companies would be lining up to hire me if I walked out that door? You think you have the authority to fire me?"
He glared at them; his eyes filled with contempt. "I don't know how you two managed to weasel your way into the CEO position, but if you want to run this company, you're going to have to do better than empty threats."
He turned and strode out of the conference room.
Two others quickly followed him.
The massive room was now almost empty. Only four people remained, including Ethan and Sophia.
