Alpha Leon’s POV
Moving away from the window, I am pissed. Does he think bringing her around me will make her afraid of me? Is he dumb, or is he doing something to her? Maybe he was threatening her and she was trying to protect me, but she looked scared of me. Why?
“Come,” Ben said. “They are starting since Tate is back.”
“Great.” I sighed.
I didn’t want to do this, I wanted to go after her, but she looked at me like I was evil. Did he fill her head with a bunch of lies? Am I going to lose her now that she believes him? I am scared, but mostly I am pissed off.
“Leon,” Ben said. “Are you listening?”
“Does it look like I am?” I snapped at him. “Tate took her away from me again, and this time he knew something was going to happen. He knew I was going to do something.”
