Chance's POV:

"I am going out to buy snacks" I yelled from the door.

"Buy me chocolate!" Max yelled from the upstairs. I rolled my eyes and walked out.

It was dark in the street and shining in the sky. I looked at the stars and smiled.

I like watching sky when it is dark out.

I made my way to the closest store and bought snacks drinks and of course Max's chocolate.

I paid the cashier and took bags in my hand. I walked out of the store and decided to take long route to home in order to enjoy the night.

While I was walking through the streets I heard cheering and loud noise from the end of the street.

I quickened my speed and put on my hoodie to not get noticed out here.

When I got closer I noticed that it was a street fight. In the ring there were two people. They both had their face covered.

One with the dark blue mask was the good fighter. But the grey one wasn't fighting that good.

Dark blue threw a good punch in grey's stomach and he doubled in the ground.

"And as always our winner is Bone!" One guy got in the ring and moved his hand in the side of the dark blue masked person.

"Bone!!Bone!!" People around the ring cheered.

Bone nodded at them and smiled. Bone walked out of the ring and went into the back.

I followed that person. (I still don't know Bones gender.) After taking the money from the dealers Bone walked to the other side of the street.

I stood in the back and watched that person. When Bone toom of the mask I must say I was impressed.

Bone is the girl.

I am not used to seeing street fighter girls every day. Even if I know few they weren't fighting good like her.

"Don't you think street fighting is for boys?" I said and approached her. She jumped and turned back.

"Who are you?" She said sharply. I smirked at that amd looked at her closely.

I could have seen her somewhere.

"Someone who might offer you a good job" I said and moved forward.

She checked me up and down. "Fine, what have you got?" She said and looked at me.

Finally, I remembered her. She was the girl in the club who broke Jason's nose.

No wonder why.

"Not now. It is too late. Central Park main road at 10." I said and turned away to walk.

I want to test her. To see if she is suitable for gang work. She could make a good fighter and bait.

I got home and put down the stuff that I bought. Boys quickly grabbed them all and started to eat like an animal.

"Chance, you came late. I nearly died!" Max said dramatically.

I rolled my eyes at him. "We sorry. I saw street fight and decided to stay till the end of it." I said.

Ace looked up from his food. "Who won?" He asked. "You wouldn't believe me if I say who. Do you remember that girl who broke Jason's nose?" I asked.

Jason flinched a little and touched his bandaged nose. "Yeah. I wish I could forget her" he said.

I chuckled at that and continued. "She was the winner. She had pretty good techniques I must say. So, I talked to her and set a meeting with her tomorrow morning at the park." I said.

Max looked impressed. "I didn't know that someone like her could be the street fighter. Even one of the best street fighters." He said and went back to stuffing his mouth with chocolate.

"So, what are you gonna do with her tomorrow?" Ace asked me. I shrugged. "Still don't know. I want to test her. Before telling her about gang and all that's stuff." I said and he nodded.

We put on a movie and each took drinks and snacks to eat. After the 2nd movie or so I felt myself drifting off to the sleep. I put my head to Ace's shoulder and let my eyes close.

I heard sounds of my phone's alarm in the distance and tried to turn it off.

I groaned and opened my eyes. I looked around the room and saw my phone on the counter.

I moved Ace's arm of off me and grabbed my alarm.

I sighed after turning the alarm off and looked at the time. 09:30. s**t! I have to meet that girl in 30 minutes.

I quickly went upstairs to my and Ace's room and had a quick shower and changed in to the sport clothing.

I took my phone and ran out of the house to the park. Fortunately, I made it there in time. Girl was already there and she was looking around.

When she spotted me, she walked close to me. "Wanna take a walk?" I asked her and started to walk.

She stood still for a minute but eventually caught up to me.

"Who are you?" She asked curiously. "My name is Chance you?" I said and looked at her.

"Blair. What do you want me to do?" She said quickly.

I chuckled." Easy there Blair. Take it a little slow. I want to get to know you a little bit first." I said as a sat at one of the benches.

She sat near me and waited for me to speak. "I ask questions quickly and you answer the same got it?" I said and she nodded.

"Age?"

"17"

"Siblings?"

"None"

"Family?"

"Runaway from them"

"Willing to do dangerous job?"

"If I like it yes."

"Are you a reliable person?"

"Yeah think so" she said and I didn't ask her any other questions.

She is suitable for the gang. But I must fight her to give a final decision.

I stood from the bench and she did the same thing. "Fight me" I said and stood in the position for fight.

She hesitated for a minute but stood in the position too.

I waited for her to threw the first punch and as she did so I blocked it and punched her stomach. But she dodged it and caught my fist.

I stopped and nodded to her. "So, Blair. I must ask you a one question. And this question will change your life. So, think before answering. Do you want to be in the gang?" I said and waited for her reaction.

She stood silent and thought about it. "What I am gonna do in the gang?" She asked. "Well mostly fighting and sometimes being the bait" I said.

She again went quiet and didn't speak for a full minute. "Yes, I agree." She said and looked at me.

"Cool then. Now you are the member of White Roses gang" I said and shook her hand.

For the moment her eyes went big but she was quickly back to normal.

"You are part of the strongest gang in the New York?" She asked with disbelief.

I smirked. "I am not only the part of it. I am the leader." I can tell that Blair was impressed and mostly shocked by that.

"So why are we still here? Let’s go. I must introduce you to the gang " I stood up and started walking in the direction of the Gym.

I took out my phone and messaged Ace to gather everyone in the gym as soon as possible.

"What it is like to be in the gang? Like what are you doing in there?" Blair asked.

"Well, we do lots of different things. Kill people drug dealing fight and the most interesting one-attack to other gangs" I said and she smirked.

"So, I won't get bored any time soon. Because I was already getting bored from the street fighting" she said and I laughed at that.

Soon we arrived at the Gym. Blair was looking around with curiosity written in her face.

I smirked at that and walked to the gym with Blair coming behind me.

"Good morning guys" I say and pat Mason and Max's shoulder.

I walked over to the ring and waited for Blair to come closer.

"So, hi everyone. I know I called you up earlier than usual. But today I have some announcement to do. We have a new member at our gang. Guys it is Blair. She will be training with you from now on. As a fighter and the bait." I said and all eyes moved to Blair.

Some boys whistled lowly and I shot them a glare. They gulped and went silent.

"What are you waiting for? Come on go and do your usual stuff people" Max said and moved his hands around.

Few members chuckled and walked away to their usual spots to train.

Guys came over to me and Blair. When Jason and her locked eyes she looked at him shocked.

"You" they both said at the same time and Jason looked at me." C' I didn't know you seriously will make her join the gang" Jason complained and I chuckled at him.

"Of course, I would ask her to join the gang. You should have seen her fighting skills" I said.

"You have problems with me being here little boy?" Blair said.

Mason smirked. "He hasn't got problem with you. His problem is his nose. " he said and she chuckled.

"Oh, by the way. Guys this is Blair. Blair this is Mason Max Jason and Ace" I said and introduced them to each other.

"So, I think for now Max gonna be tutoring Blair." Ace said and I nodded.

"Yeah, for the first few weeks. Max is going to help you around and teach you few techniques." I said and looked at both Max and Blair.

They nodded and turned around to walk away. "Go and train little girl because I am going to get my revenge from you" Jason said and looked at Blair.

"If you want to get revenge I think you must be the one who needs to train. After all I broke your nose without any effort" She said and Max smirked.

"Burn!" He said and hey both laughed while walking to the training rooms.

Jason huffed at them and walked away too. Me Ace and Mason watched them silently.

"I bet 20 dollars they are gonna get together in 2 months" I broke the silence.

"Deal, I say 3 months" Mason answered. "Don't you be so silly they will be together in a month or so" Ace said.

I chuckled. "We will see Ace. Game is on"
