“Doctor Wentworth?” He grinned when Sarah sighed in frustration. He turned to the young woman in green scrubs standing a few feet away. “It’s all right,” he said, nodding toward Sarah. “She’s in on it.” The young woman held out her hand and showed him four red-filled medical bags. He looked around to be sure no one was watching, then took the bags and slid them into his black backpack. “Thank you,” he said. “Though I think we’re past your calling me Doctor Wentworth. How about James?” “But you’re my professor.
