Oliver pursed his lips, lowered his head before slowly giving her a nod. There is really no way he would have said anything about his troubles to his mother.
His mother sighed in disappointment before she spoke in a sad voice, “I am already a disappointment as a mother that I couldn’t find out about your troubles. How could I even burden my son with more troubles? That is why..”
She did not finish her words as she looked far into the sky with sadness. Oliver understood what she wanted to say and pursed his lips harder.
After a few minutes of silence, Oliver suddenly chuckled and then started laughing out loud.
