William accidentally spilled all his water on his lap.
William exaggerated his expression as he apologized, “Oh my. I am sorry, brother-in-law. I was so clumsy and did not know how I spilled my water on you.”
Oliver was sure that he saw William smirking at him when he said those words.
What he did not expect was that something more extensive was about to happen.
William hurriedly placed the glass on the table at the side and started cleaning Oliver's pants with his hand.
“Oh my. I am sorry, Brother-in-law. I am really sorry. I am really, really sorry. Please don't get angry at me. I will clean it for you,” William apologized many times as he kept rubbing Oliver's thigh over his pants.
