"Aiden." she breathed, drowning in his stunning eyes, "I love you. Even though you're a caveman." He smiled. She swore no view on this planet Earth could come close to beating it. "I love you more than enough to promise I'll work on it." She knitted her fingers together on the back of his neck, "Speaking of, no more comments in front of our friends, please." He slid his hands up her rib cage on both sides a couple of times, his eyes lowering to the ground, "I really am sorry about that, and it won't happen again." "Good." she smiled, "That's all I needed to hear. We work out our problems, discuss, and we compromise. That's how this works. Not Aiden Matthews' way or the highway." His expression soured. He let her go immediately, "Let me guess, that was a dig about Alec Hudson, right?"
