"Seems like everyone is invited to this event," Remera, Goddess of Miracles showing her siblings her famous mischievous grin. It was until even Teris, Goddess of War shown up that her mind was blown. "Even you?! Oh my! This will bound to be one of the most horrific events in the land of Espor," Remera decided to tease Teris but her sister simply ignores her. Remera puffed her cheeks before decided to tease the others. Everyone ignores her except for Cirtix, Goddess of Destruction who nearly destroy parts of the ceiling when she threw Remera against the ceiling. "Girls! Enough with this bantering!" Oaris, Goddess of the Afterlife warned her children's from making a scene. Cirtix smirk before making her way towards Teris. "I heard that you'll be attacking both Draylin and Espor when our brothers decided to mobilise their army. I wish to have a part in this war, Teris. I yearn for some Acton and bloodshed. Let me have my way with Ether. Since we're children I never like him as a brother or as a God. What you say?" Before Teris could say anything, she was interrupted when Ether announced the arrival of his daughter. "It will be hard, sister. I trained that niece of mine myself. She's bound to be in the war as well since she's coming of age now. Fighting alongside her father is one of the possible ways for that God to win the war," Teris looks around until her eyes caught on someone familiar "What are you doing here?!" The goddess was furious when she saw Astra waltz into the hall. "I was told to be your escort, milady. The head chamberlain was in a rush because her child was sick," Teris expression smoothen. "You're not supposed to be here. The other could be in her place. Why you?!" Astra looks down. "I have no idea, milady. It's something I was told to do and here I am," Teris sigh heavily until Manelia, Goddess of Fertility noticed Astra's presents. "Happy to see you again, mortal," Astra curtsy. "It's a pleasure meeting you again milady," Manelia smiled before winking at Teris. She wants her sister to be true to her feelings rather than playing dumb. "There is no harm for a goddess to marry a mortal. We could always use the forbidden spell for you to have a child with the mortal. He or she can be your successor. Your choice, sister," Manelia patted Teris's shoulder before leaving them. "Follow me. Don't go astray too far from me. This is the land of Espor. Esporians are evil mortals who only care about themselves. This is the land where doing the evil deed is a source of living. I don't wish to know that you're missing one of your organs once we arrive in Anrak," Astra nod before standing close to the goddess of war. Ether greeted his guest and introduced his daughter, the sole heir to the throne. Since his daughter was born, he's taught his daughter to be just like him. Wicked and only thinks about themselves rather than the prosperity of their people. That is why the Espor only resides criminals and evil-hearted mortals. The crime rate in Espor alone is much more concerning in the eyes of the other rulers. No one dares to oppose Ether except for Teris. Once he introduced everyone to his daughter, he leans in to whisper. "What do you see, my child?" Ether asked. "Enemies," "Alright. Who's your number one enemy? You know who it is," "Teris, the Goddess of War," Ether chuckled before continued being a host while his daughter keeps her eyes closed for Teris. She never likes her aunt after Ether told her how her mother died at the hands of Teris. "Milady seems like your niece is shooting daggers at you," Astra pointed out. "I know. She must've been told who was the one who killed her mother," Astra was curious. "Did you kill her?" The goddess nods. "Why?" "Because she was feeding off mortals so that she could be young forever. She was a dark witch after all. They can't survive without mortal blood. It has to stop for the sake of the future and so I took my sister in law's life without any mercy given," Astra was impressed by how the goddess could even talk as if she didn't do anything wrong. For someone to lost her mother like so, it must've been hurt to live knowing your own aunt is the killer. Ether noticed it's time to announce something he has planned with Kodall. He gathers everyone's attention by clinking his glass of wine. Once everyone turns to him, he places his app on down and smiled at his guests. "I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for coming to my daughter's birthday tonight. And so, I would like to make a toast," he raised his glass with eyes glaring at Teris. "May this upcoming war be the salvation for Espor and Draylin. May we seek justice for those who perished trying to defeating the so-called goddess of War. Let us join hands to defeat, a monster," ether smiled while everyone was weirded out by his toast. Luxenar, the God of Beginning state at Ether for making such toast. "What is the meaning of this? Are you seriously going to create more bloodshed like your brothers? This is not how I raised you all. This is not how you suppose to rule the land I've given to you!" Luxenar thundered. "Come to think of it father, you were never fond of me since I was born. You even gave me the smallest land of all. Why would you favour this daughter of yours more than the others?" The other siblings were taking a few steps back from this feud. Nothing good ever happens when their father decided to interfere. "And I was right to do so! Watching you announcing this useless war is the reason why you have the smallest land, Ether!" Luxenar thunders again. Ether suddenly release a huge amount of godly aura as he went to face his father. The mortals who've been serving them scattered around, afraid of what's about to happen. "I will show you how much I've grown, father. Once I'm done killing this b***h you favour so much, I will take over EVERYONE'S LAND!" Ether was laughing once he announced his real intention. "Greed will only be your weakness!" Luxenar thunders as he releases his godly aura as well. Noticing what's happening, Teris shielded Astra from feeling this amount of power resonating from them. She needs to stop this from harming the mortals inside the palace. Teris looks up to Manelia. Manelia nod and protects Astra from another blast of this godly aura. "ENOUGH!" Teris used her authoritative tone making both God losing their aura immediately. "If you wish to die hah much so be it! ILL BE WAITING FOR YOU TO COME AND ATTACK MY LAND!" Teris thunders, sending shivers down everyone's spine. *** Teris was in the midst of sword fighting with one of her strongest warriors when she saw Astra walking across the green field just to inform her that her lunch is served. Teris ends this duel with her sword edges across the warrior's neck. Everyone gasped at how talented she is with a sword in her hands. "That's the goddess of war for you," said one of the bystander. Teris threw her sword to one of the handlers and went to the gazebo where her lunch was served. "Did you made these?" Teris asked, amused by the taste. "Yes, milady. Why? It doesn't suit your taste?" Teris shakes her head no. "Delicious. I expect something far more extravagant for my dinner," Astra nod her head. She was enjoying herself watching the goddess indulge herself in the food she had prepared. She never feels so much happiness in watching someone eating before. "I would like you to be my personal cook when the war happens. Is that too much to ask?" Astra shakes her head no. "If that's what you asked of me, I'll do it with honour, milady," Teris looks up to Astra before patting the empty seat next to hers. Astra was confused but did as told. When she seated, Teris subconsciously bringing a piece of the food towards Astra's mouth. They were both in a deep shade of red when they noticed what's going on. Remera, the Goddess of Miracles who was looking for Teris nearly choke on her own saliva when she witnesses something she never thought will happen to her sister. "Uh huuuuu... that's something I never thought I'll see happening," Remera made herself known to make both Astra and Teris surprised. "What are you doing here?" Teris asked as Astra stood up from the seat and bowing to the Goddess. "Oh, I was just here to see if you're okay. You know, after what happen with Ether," Teris offered her food to her sister who she took a liking off. Teris noticed something is off with her aloof sister. "Remera, we've been siblings for far too long for me to know that something is wrong. What is it?" Remera sigh heavily before facing her sister. "Kodall attacked my land just after sunrise. My soldier manages to back him off but not for long, Teris. They're starting with my land since I'm at the far east. I've asked some helped from the goddess of Destruction but she's having her own problems regarding the sudden rebellion in her land. Teris, they're slowly making chaos across the land," Teris closed her eyes for a second to control her emotion. "He's being greedy. Both Kodall and Ether. Why did they suddenly wanted to take over our land? For what reason exactly?" Teris sigh. "Astra, please inform the head chamberlain I need to see her at once," Astra bows and went to get the head chamberlain. "Teris, miracles will only get me this far. Please help me," Teris patted her sister's hand. "I will sister," Remera smile. She knows coming here is the best option. "Milady," the head chamberlain bows her head to both goddesses. "Is Teresa home?" The head chamberlain apologised. "I'm sorry, milady. Four of your general is currently out of Anrak that includes Lady Teresa. They were given a task to scout the enemy territory as you suggested. The only general that's available is Lady Fiona," Teris pinch the bridge of her nose. She remembered that she let Fiona stayed because she's not suitable for a stealth mission. She often let her bloodlust takes over her decision-making process rather than thinking ahead. Remera chuckled. "It amazed me how that general of yours manage to control an army of 1 million soldiers. As far as I know, Fiona is not that good of a leader," Teris sigh. "I know. But she has an exceptional survival skill that the other three is lacking. Teresa is the strategist general when it comes to war. Maya is a diplomat who stood by my side when I have to come to terms with the enemy while g*****a is my eyes and ears. She foresees everything that happens around me," Teris thinks for a second. "Please inform Fiona that she's in charge while I am gone. Please, please try to control her if there is anything going on. You have my permission to summon the other generals when it is needed. I'm going to assist my sister in order to restore peace in her land," the head chamberlain bows as Teris stood up. "I want Astra to accompany me. Her cooking is needed," "Yes milady. I shall prepare for your trip at once," the head chamberlain excuse herself and wen to preparers the necessary things for their lady's trip. Remera however, feels guilty that her request made her sister to leave her own land for her sake. "I'm sorry for causing this much trouble. I just don't have anyone else's to turn to," Teris waved it off. *** "Is this your first time travelling outside of Anrak?" Remera, Goddess of Miracles asked Astra who seems to be nervous about the travelling. The chamberlain nods her head. "Don't be nervous. I'm sure Teris will make sure for everyone's safety. I will too," Remera smiled. Astra then helped another two more of the Chamberlains carried a couple of crates that belongs to the goddess of war. When Teris appeared, she was wearing a white dress and a light armour that covers her chest and arms. Astra watches as the goddess of war strapping a couple of knives around her waist before wearing her sword behind her back. After everyone's ready, Remera then summoned a gate towards her land. In a blink of an eye, they arrived at a place that's foreign for the Chamberlains. "Welcome to Ofros, everyone," Teris then walks towards the balcony and noticed a couple of warning smokes coming from the town. "It has begun. I hope we're not too late," Teris ordered her Chamberlains to stayed hidden inside while she went to inspect the damage that had been done to Remera's land. "Maybe it was a bad idea for you to not bringing Fiona?" Remera said before helping her people away from the debris. The once peaceful land turned chaos in just mere days. Fires everywhere, corpses scattered around the road along the streets. Remera cant content her tears when she noticed small child lying face down on the sidewalk. "My people... they're being massacred! Teris.. what should I do?" Watching her sister shed the holy tears of gold made her emotion triggered. Teris looks around and noticed a couple of soldier walking their way. Teris knows the uniform well. The soldier was bragging about the group of humans they had killed and laughs about it Teris marched down the road towards the soldier before pulling her sword from its scabbard. She didn't wait for the soldier to reach when's he lunged forward and killed them in one swing of her sword. The soldiers splashed along the road and landed on her attire as well. She swings her sword again to get the blood off before putting it back into its scabbard. "Mortals like you shouldn't exist in the first place," she turned to Remera. "I'm going to find the commander. This ends now!" Teris used her foresight that was grand to her by her grandparents to find the enemy commander. She tilts her head, trying to find the right person until she sees a vision of an enemy tent. She decided to used her godly powers to teleport herself to the front of the tent and cause major mayhem around her. Weapons were aimed at her body without a second thought from the soldier. It was then they realised that she's the goddess of war. "Kneel," Teris simply said to make the soldiers kneel in front of her. When she enters the tent, her eyes met the person she sees in her vision. She walks towards the table that filled with Kodaly's strategy to take over Ofros from Remera. "Are you the commander?" Teris asked while staring at the soldier. "What are you doing here? Why are you terrorising Ofros? Did Kodall put you into this? Or was it Ether?" The soldier clearly speechless when the goddess herself is standing in front of him. "I was just following orders that my general had given me, milady," Teris walks around and stops behind the soldier. "Your soldier killed thousands of innocent lives today, commander. That is not something I can tolerate," Teris was about to behead the commander when her eyes caught on something interesting. "Fools. Do you really think I'll be coming here without leaving someone to protect my land? How foolish! FOOLISH!" Teris didn't have a second thought when she beheaded the commander. "They really underestimated my judgement? Fiona probably having a blast right now dealing with the intruders. How vain do they think I am? I wish something in this will tells me why do they want my land so much! What is underneath my land that makes them want to take it away from me?" Teris asked herself until her eyes manage to catch something interesting. "The ultimate power that can even defeat the God of the Beginning? They really believe this fairytale?! How foolish!" Teris continues to read the information given by Kodall, the God of Love to the commander. "What more power they wish to have?! They are born with godly powers! What more do they wish to have?!" Teris slammed her hands on the table, frustrated that her brothers will go to this extent to get what they wish to have. Teris then keeps the information into another dimension for her generals to look upon. "Maybe with their keen eyes they will know exactly what to look for," after she's done, she walks outside to see the enemy soldier still kneeling on the ground. "End your own life and live up to your sins," the soldiers were screaming in agony when their hands moved on their own, grab a weapon and pieces into their own chest. Teris was walking across the sea of blood, drenched herself with the blood of the sinners. Where Remera finally found her, she noticed how the goddess of war forced the enemy soldiers to end their own life. Even with this, Teris never feel anything even remorse towards her doing. "How's your land taking the blow?" Teris asked. "We'll manage," Teris nod. "Watching this reminds me of my first war. How it brings back memories," Teris started to say. Remera can't help but hug her sister. "I'm sorry, Teris." Teris hug her sister back. "Kodall and Ether must be stopped at all cause. I won't let them continue this meaningless war anymore," Remera pulled away. "I shall give you my aid when you needed them, Teris. Just tell me and I shall be there," Teris nod. "And I shall use your aid with their utmost effectiveness,"
