Cole's POV
"Who told you that it's a he and not a she? She is a vampire huntress. A strong and powerful one at that" Lenora asks.
I stop talking for a second.
"Huntress?" I ask her back.
"Exactly. I'll let you meet her tomorrow. Does Evelyn know this?" Lenora asks again.
"Thanks and no. She doesn't know. Which is why I am asking you for help instead of her," I tell her.
After few moments of silence, she promised that she would let me meet that huntress and we hang the call up.
Meanwhile Liam joins me at the office. I tell him everything and we just sit there. Alone in the Royal Office. At midnight. Trying to come up with a reason that we can tell Evelyn.
"Whatever it is, let us see about that tomorrow" Liam says.
