Cole's POV
"Thank you" Liam whispers that is barely audible.
Michael brings a cake and smiles wide at Liam. Samantha is nowhere to be seen. Evelyn is holding the knife waiting to give that to Liam. I nudge Liam and only then he snaps back to reality.
We both walk forward and meet the crowd. The pack members starts singing the birthday song for their lovely beta Liam. And he chose to offer the first piece of cake to Evelyn.
Once our whole family is fed, he looks towards my car and smiles. Maria hops out of the car absolutely like a crazy woman. Of course, she is drunk! So her messy hair and wrinkled clothes gave it all.
"Hey Maria! Come join the party!!" Evelyn calls with lots of excitement.
