“Yes, only four more days!” Druscilla repeated and knew as she reached her bedchamber that she was relieved at the thought.
Once she and the Marquis were married they would be leaving London for Lynche Hall and after that Valdo was considering whether they should go abroad to France or Italy.
Wherever they might go, Druscilla felt that some of the strain that they had been living under during these past weeks would be over.
