James and Malachi awoke at the same time and almost bumped into each other in the hallway. “Kiran,” James said, and rushed down the stairs with Malachi hot on his heels. They found the open sliding doors and saw my clothes in the garden. James shifted without undressing and his clothes fell to the ground, torn from his body. He started running at full speed and left Malachi on the patio where he undressed and shifted as well. Malachi was halfway when he stopped as James’ howl alerted him that he’d found me.
