Tracey. Getting bail for Devin wasn't as difficult as I anticipated. I was told he has been offered bail before, but he has declined for reasons best known to him. We were given one month from the day he was released to appear in court. This means that we have less than a month to gather all the proof that he didn't commit the crime. This would have been very easy if the case was a recent one. But, because it's been four years, many things about the case and the evidence would have been destroyed or tampered with. Nevertheless, I am going to do everything within my power to see that justice prevails. First thing first, that is talking with Devin.
