Chapter 20 Sarah didn’t wait to see what defenses Eddie might have available. She didn’t ask her crew for help or reach for one of Sebastien’s guns. Instead, she stalked past me then tapped a code into a keypad I hadn’t noticed along the tower’s curved wall. Immediately, air rushed in through the abruptly opening doorway along with the cool, moist cling of fog.
