CHAPTER TWO
Her second day in the office was less confusing as she got to know more and more what she was doing and the people that she was working with. Sara seemed to be in the clouds all day and told her that she would be seeing Jim that night so she wouldn't be going home right after work. She didn't like the idea of going right home so she decided that she would stop for just one drink at the same place she and Sara had been to the night before. She had never done anything like this in her life, but Sara had told her that a lot of secretaries went there for cocktails and it was all right if a single girl did stop by. Her legs were shaking as she walked through the door and she found a table for two in a corner and ordered her drink.
