"Aubrielle, are you coming with us?" Asia asked as we got ready for school.
"No." I told her after grabbing my book bag and heading to the door.
Right as I got to the door, Asia pulled me away from the door.
"What are you mad for?" She asked me. "You've been distant since the bonfire."
I looked up at her and shook my head. There was no point in talking to her about the situation. I mean, she was just caught f*****g my cousin. What was there to talk about?
"It's nothing." I told her. "I have to go to class."
"Class doesn't begin until 10:30am, Aubri. Tell me, what's going on? You were just fine yesterday. Now today, you're giving me and your cousins the cold shoulder."
