Prologue The lights were dim as the sky twinkled without the moons in the sky, the Prince and the Princess wailed in their cribs. The silent night felt eerie, as she looked at the twins, the strong winds, the thunders, and the rain felt like nature itself was crying for what was to come. She walked to the prince’s crib, her eyes filled with love as she caressed the Prince's face, "You deserve the power and the throne my dear! Only you no one else!" The child smiled and cooed at the woman as she smiled down at him. " I'll make sure of that don't you worry!" She said as walked towards the Princess's crib who smiled as the woman picked her up in her arms, oblivious to what was about to happen to her. "You have to go; you are a danger to everything I planned! And I won't let you spoil all my work!" The woman said with absolutely no remorse. She dropped her back in the crib and lifted her hands summoning her magic. As the ice dagger formed in her hands, the woman closed her eyes and prayed to the gods, "Forgive me, oh gods for I do what I must!" With that, she brought down the ice dagger down the Princess' heart with a force that would kill! As the ice pierced her heart the 2-day old princess didn't so much as a whimper, ice dapper looked like it melted but instead seeped into the heart of the infant princess and froze it. A glow so soft emitted from the princess that no one noticed. The infant's breathing became so slow that it felt like she was dead, but no one in the room cried. None but one, one no one knew witnessed this horrific incident, one who stifled her cries and silently shielded the princess' soul. "It is done!" The woman said as she turned around to meet her robed companions. "Now we must spread the news! And you know what you must do!" Said one of the robed men in his deep voice. With that everyone left the room. As everyone left the little Prince wailed for, he could feel his twin's pain but didn't know what happened! The young crowned Prince heard the cries first and ran for his baby brother and sister only to find his little sister barely breathing as her tiny body turned blue with cold. The crowned Prince roared at the sight of his beloved sister who found a special place in his heart the moment she was born, though just 2-day old, the crowned Prince felt extremely protective of his little princess sister even more so than his little brother. With the pain and rage of seeing his sister in the condition, the crowned prince transformed into his dragon for the first time. The little Price's cries got the nanny running to the room as she thought it was time to feed the little Prince. But as the nanny came close to the room of the royal infants she shrieked in horror. "Your Highness! THE PRINCESS!" she yelled as she ran for the King and the Queen. "Your Highness! The Crowned Prince hurt the princess!" She yelled as she kept running. The King and the Queen hearing the commotion ran to their infants. As they burst into the room only to find the Crowned Prince in his dragon form near the little Princess who had turned blue due to her frozen heart. "Guards, bind the Prince and call the healers!" Boomed the King. The 6-year-old crowned Prince didn't understand what was happening neither did he know how to control the raging beast with him. But as the realization dawned as he understood he was framed for harming his beloved sister when he heard what his father the King said. "How could you hurt your stepsister?" "You are to stay away from everyone until you learn to control your beast!" The King roared when the Crowned Prince transformed back to his human form. That day everything changed for the Royal family of Frosluire!
