Ace I looked angrily at Ashton. How dare he! This is my house and he needs not only to respect that, me and my guests too. “What the hell Ash? Why did you have to disrespect her? She’s done nothing to you!” “Chill Ace he was just joking.” No I won’t chill Liam! This is my house and she’s my guest.” “More like slave.” Ashton sniggered getting on my last nerve. “So she’s the chick that you made the deal with?” “Yeah and she lost.” “No one was asking you Ashton.” “So why was she down here?” “We were playing snooker and I was showing her a few pointers.” “Mmh mmh.” “It’s not like that guys okay, she’s good she just needed a little practice and I promised I would give her a few pointers after she was done cleaning my room.’ “You could’ve waited, she stunk we could’ve smell her all the way outside.” “Stop being so goddamn rude Ash. What the hell have you got against her anyway?” “A lot. She’s a leech. She hangs around us cause her mom says so and it’s so infuriating she could easily hang with her friends.” “What’s so bad about her hanging out with all of you?” “For a start we’re all boys and for a second she’s a girl, and we’ll she's Courtney and I don’t like her, satisfied?” “Not really, no. She's a nice girl. My sister gets on well with her.” “So do a lot of people, not me.” “Whatever your loss just stop with the hateful s**t cause one day it will turn its ugly head in you.” “Whatever.” “Can we all stop arguing and have some beers and fun.” “Here here.” Tucker I bounced up the stairs. There's definitely something wrong with Courtney and I was going to find out exactly what it was. I waited for her to showed and change before making my way up to her room. I knocked on the door. “Go away!” “Come on sis let me in and tell me what’s wrong?” “The door’s open.” I pushed the handle down and opened the door, stepping into her room and closing the door. Courtney lay on the bed her eyes all puffy. Whoever upset her was dead. I walked slowly over and sat besides her. “What happened sis? Why have you been crying?” “I hate him Tucker, I hate him so much.” “Who do you hate, sis?” “Ashton Baraman.” I looked at her confused. “I thought you were at Simone’s?” “I was.” “So how did you even see Ash?” “Promise you won’t get mad when I tell you?” “I promise, just tell me.” She gulped loudly. She was nervous, did she think I was going to get angry at her? “I had finished tidying up Ace's room ready to go, and he said we could play snooker after all he had promised to give some pointers. I just wanted to come home, I promise. He wasn’t budging and we went to the basement to play snooker.” I clenched my jaw and my fists. “Were you alone?” “Until Ashton and some other boys came, yes.” I clenched my fist tightly. She was only eleven. What the hell was this dude even thinking? From what the guys had said he was at college. “I’m sorry I should’ve stood my ground.” “It’s okay sis I’ll deal with him.” She nodded. “So what did Ash do that made you upset?” “He made a comment about the smell in the room. I knew he was referring to me, he made it clear when he pointed out I was your sister and I needed a shower cause he could smell me upstairs” I’ll kill him! I placed my arm around her. “I’ll sort this Court, I promise. He has not right to disrespect you in someone else’s home, let alone say that to you.” She smiled and nodded. “Did Simone walk you home?” She shook her head as a no. “Then who walked you back?” “No one. I ran all the way here.” I nodded. “I'll sort this Courtney. Just make sure you walk home with someone next time okay?” “Okay. Thanks Tucker.” “That’s what big brothers are for.” I smiled. She wrapped her arm around me. “I’m glad I got my big brother back.” “He was never gone little sis, he just lost his way for a while.” She nodded and slowly closed her eyes. I was going to kill Ash for upsetting her. He'd been warned so many times about her condition but somehow he never believed us and kept taunting her. I thought once we were in high school it would stop, but it just got worse. I needed to sort this and now. ~ Monday had come around quicker than I had hoped. I hadn’t seen Ash all weekend. I guess that was a good thing but not today I was psyched up and I wanted answers however dare he embarrass my sister. “Hey Tuck!” I pinned him into the lockers. “Hey dude what gives?” “How dare you disrespect and embarrass my sister!” “What do you mean?” “You know exactly what I mean you were at Simone’s?” “I was at Ace’s yes, and I only spoke out and said what the others were thinking.” “I won’t worn you again. Stay the hell away from my sister and stop making snide comments at her.” “Says the one that called her a leech and now you dare to tell me what to do! You’re a hypocrite Tucker.” “Keep your comments to yourself. I don’t want my sister in the hospital again because of you!” “Oh here we go again, she's just an attention seeker Tucker once you see that all for the better.” I clenched my fist let go of him and shot my fist forward. Getting pulled back, by Bryce. “Whowh Tuck take a chill pill and calm the hell down before you get into shit.” “I don’t care, he needs to know he can’t keep bullying my sister!” Bryce looked at Ashton disgusted. “Leave Courtney alone Ash, she doesn’t deserve your hatred. Come on Tucker, let's go somewhere and calm you down.” I nodded and Bryce put his arm over my shoulder giving the dirtiest look of disgust to Ashton as we walked away. “It should be Ace you should be more concerned about than me. We all saw how close he was to your sister when we got there. Personally I don’t know how he could deal with that smell coming off her, but I tell you something for nothing: if we hadn’t got there when we did.” I’d swung out of Bryce’s arm lock and sprinted toward Ashton smashing my fist in his face. “What do you mean if you hadn't got there?” He smirked. Hell no. “Tucker let’s go!” “That’s it Tucker, run off, that’s all you are good at, running away from the truth.” “And what is the truth?” “You’re sister is a flirt and she’s going to get into s**t. Oh, I forgot she already did. She was bent over the snooker table, with him over her.” My fist hit his face again and again. “Don’t ever talk about my sisters like that again!” I continued hitting him ignoring Bryce telling me to stop. I’m so going to get suspended.
