She trembled as she watched his gun point at her. Maybe he was the one that got her kidnapped. But it couldn't be, right?
Lucas, on noticing how she was shaking, put his gun in his trouser holster and rushed towards her, kicking the two dead bodies aside before kneeling in front of her to loosen the knots of the ropes.
"Lu-Lucas,” She cried, tears kissing her cheeks. "P-please don't kill me,"
Lucas ignored her and fetched her in his arms after losing the rope before making his way towards the door.
"Did you find her?” Chase appeared from nowhere until his eyes fell on Sophia in Lucas' arms with her face buried in the crook of his neck. “Gattina,"
