Cara
The pizzas were a success for the pack dinner. After finishing up the last of the dishes, all I wanted to do was go to sleep. But Star was really whimpering in my head.
“Star what is wrong?” I asked my wolf.
“I know your tired Cara, but I want to go chase the fireflies.” Star said.
“What us with you and these fireflies?” I ask Star.
“They are fun! But something is pulling me to go there.” Star says.
“If we go, can I rest while you play?” I ask Star.
“Yes, just go to back of your mind and you can rest, I can play, if something happens I will get to wake up.” Star yipped.
“Fine, we will go” I said to Star.
I went to the pond for Star. I shifted into her and went to the corner of my mind to rest. I’m trusting Star to wake me up if there is a problem.
