“Yes your majesty! I will get on with it as soon as possible,” I responded when Lucian told me to investigate what had happened to Macian’s maid. After the blood transfusion, Macian fell deeply into slumber and only woke up after an hour. That was when he instructed me to do the investigations.
There weren’t many cameras around the Kingdom, but there were plenty in the vicinity of the palace. The first thing I needed to do to investigate this issue was to check on the cameras near the Duke and Duchess’ house where their maid, Mary, had collapsed.
From the video, it showed that she came from the Duke’s house through a backdoor and she kept holding her head now and then as she walked. She tumbled here and there until she collapsed.
