Dear Reader
Dear Reader This trio consists of two novellas and a novel, which are arranged chronologically. The Countess’s Groom is set in the 1760s, and explains the origin of the diary in The Spinster’s Secret. It’s not necessary to read this novella before reading The Spinster’s Secret, and in fact many people choose to read it afterwards. The events of The Spinster’s Secret and The Baronet’s Bride occur immediately after one another, in 1815. I strongly recommend reading these two stories in chronological order. Happy reading!
