"Hey babe," Mauro comes in and kisses my cheek. I turn my head and he kisses my lips. Then he leans against the counter. "I think Ricco or Viv could call us at any minute now." He says and I let my head fall forward.
"What is it this time?" I sigh.
He shrugged. "Sam and Luke didn't want to say anything about it. As usual, they don't know why one of their three had to go to the principal."
I shake my head. The three are a unit.
Maybe we should have sent all the kids to another school, or if they were in the same school, not together in class. But we as parents went for easy. With so many children in the family, it is also easy when they are in class together.
