I've been at the Vamp castle for a while now. It's been... good and bad. The Vamps aren't rude, but only the king and queen have spoken to me. I can tell that the others feel uncomfortable, and honestly... So do I.
I pretty much stayed attached to Emily's side the entire time. I had nowhere else to go, and I didn't want to be away from my mate anyway. The two of us pretty much either stayed in Emily's bedroom or her Den. She taught me a lot about magic, and the differences between her and the other made Vampires.
Em got to meet Brute. We spend hours running around the forest together. It's some of the best moments of my life. Brute agrees too. We are completely smitten with our mate.
