Mom and I had a long talk after that. Lavinna, Liam, and Lenny all came into my room too. Mom apologized to them like she did with me.
Lavinna sobbed like a little baby, which made Mom sob more. Liam cried a little, and told Mom how Dad's death was his fault. I was glad that for once it wasn't me telling Liam that it wasn't his fault. Lenny didn't say much at all. She seemed to be more apprehensive than the rest of us were. Like she didn't want to get her hopes up.
All in all, I think it turned out well. We ended up watching a few movies and making plans for the future. Mom said that we should keep our rooms the same, but that she wants to be more present in our lives. Which means, dinner together every night, celebrating birthdays and holidays again, and there was even talk about a fam
