I watched as my brother and Briana interacted; I can’t believe he found his mate! He deserves to be happy since Adonis and I can’t.
“Let’s give them some time, Marina, Adonis; you’re helping us plan,” My mom said, and I couldn’t help but roll my eyes.
“Fine,” I agreed, walking with her to the grand room. Santiago and my father came with us. As soon as we got to the grand room, Santiago started making phone calls. My mom pulled some of the staff and let them know what was happening while I pulled out my phone.
I have to tell Curtis we’re not seeing each other anymore, so he doesn’t show up when he hears about the party tomorrow night.
I scrolled through the unread texts from him, begging me to see him. I was about to text him when I heard him outside the door.
