"Good morning,"
I literally jump on my place when I Leon's deep voice echoed on my ear. My eyes widened in shock then I turned around as a reflex. But to my surprise, his face, which was almost an inch away from mine, greeted my gaze.
I swallowed hard, and waited for him to step away but Leon did not even move from his position. I could feel his fresh breath on my face. He looked directly into my eyes, like he was memorizing the details he could see.
And as much as I wanted to stare back into his eyes, I could not stand his intense gaze that I was the first one to avert my gaze from him.
How did he even end up behind me? I did not any sign of his presence and I heard no footsteps!
Oh well, how could I forgot, right? He's a wolf.
