By the time Anthony returned from the interviews, he had set everything up that we needed. He convinced Cleo to increase the border perimeter and to create a list and a schedule for all the fae being interviewed. He was able to hand select a fae that would be the most susceptible to Victor and scheduled them for the first interview the next day. Anthony was a gifted dark fae and would be able to cloak the clearing without alerting anyone to Victor’s presence.
“How long will the spell last?” I asked after he finished explaining the details of the plan. “I don’t know how long it will take for him to implant the memory.”
“As long as I’m close by, I can keep it up as long as we need,” he said.
