Angie sent her gaze to the other side of the room. “You better leave before he comes back.” Angie’s stone-hard face made it clear that her mind was made up and wouldn’t be changed. Mia dressed herself and headed to the door. She reached in for a final kiss, but Angie pulled away from it and instead reached for a handshake. They shook and Mia left. As she drove away, she sniffed the tears away and wondered if Angie was right. Living in a tiny town like Clearwater, it would have been difficult – or maybe impossible – to truly live the way she wanted to live. She headed back to Denver, her head heavy with sadness. *** The next morning wasn’t an easy one to wake up to. Knowing her connection to Angie had become a dead end made Mia’s body feel numb and lifeless. After dragging herself out of bed, she sat down at her computer and sorted through the day’s emails. She found one from a guy named Jeff who whose girlfriend was interested in trying anal s*x. Leaning back against the couch, she tried to launch into the world of fantasy, but she just couldn’t get there. It seemed she’d had enough of fantasy life while alone. It occurred to her that her job would be so much nicer with somebody with her, somebody to join in her fantasy world… Angie Having gotten fully dressed for the wedding, Angie was ready. She waited in the dressing room and took a peek out among the crowd. Her whole family was there, all of them smiling and eager to see their little girl finally getting hitched. It hurt Angie’s heart that she wasn’t marrying somebody she truly loved, but life wasn’t perfect. She held back her tears and waited for her cue to join in on the wedding march. But as she scanned the crowd one more time, Angie saw an unfamiliar face. It was that woman she’d met at the diner, that adorable lady she’d come very close to making love with. The woman raced toward the dressing room and stormed inside. “Angie?” she called. When she scurried inside, she spotted Angie in her wedding gown and cried. “I’m not too late am I?” “Too late for the wedding? No, it hasn’t started yet. And, um… not to be rude, but it was by invitation only.” “There are a couple of things I have to say to you, Angie. First, I’m Mia.” Angie’s face stretched open like she’d seen a demon. “What?” “That’s right. I wanted to tell you the other night, but I didn’t have the courage.” “Why are you here now?” “Because I need you.” “I’ve told you already, there can never be anything between us.” “It’s too late, there,” Mia said. “There already is. Those memories the two of us have created, they’re not going anywhere. They’re going to just keep on haunting us both, reminding us of what we could have had.” “Don’t you understand? I can’t live… that kind of a lifestyle in this town.” “You don’t have to. Come back to Denver with me. I have a job that would be perfect for you.” “What is it?” Mia’s face glowed with a smile. “That’s a secret. You’ll have to come with me to find out.” Angie turned and watched the guests take their seats. “It’s almost time.” “Please, Angie.” She brought her gaze back and forth between the wedding and Mia’s sad face. The options were pretty clear. She could spend the rest of her life fantasizing about this adorable lady and how wonderful life with her would be, or she could take the risk and embrace the real thing, uncertainty and all. “These people are waiting a wedding. Looks like I better get out there and explain some things.” Angie stepped up the altar and spotted Harvey on the other side of the aisle. Chocking back tears, she addressed all the guests. “I know you folks came here to see me and Harvey get married, but you see, love can be strange and complicated. You don’t always have the ability to control who you fall in love with or when. And that’s why I have to tell you that there won’t be a wedding today.” The crowd released a collective gasp. “But don’t worry, I’m in love, and I’m sure I’m going to be very happy. You see, I’ve found somebody to love, and I can tell that real love, honest-to-God love is the most glorious thing in life. Goodbye.” The chapel erupted in chaos as Angie stepped away. There would plenty of loose ends to tie up in time, but at the moment, Angie only cared about one thing: Being with the one she loved. She found Mia waiting for her in the dressing room, her small body rattling in tears. “I’m ready for Denver if you are,” Angie said. And they were off. The first few minutes of their ride out of Clearwater felt like a joyous pajama party. The ladies howled with laughter as they plotted their lives together. And when they spotted a small motel just outside of the city they were escaping, they shared a naughty grin. “Are you thinking what I’m thinking?” Mia asked. “Maybe. I’m thinking that stopping at that motel would be a lot more fun than having to wait two hours before we get to your place.” Without another word, Mia pulled into the motel parking lot. They scampered to the lobby like toddlers to a candy store. After reaching their room, they wasted no time with small talk before lunging into a kiss, pressing their mouths urgently and lacing their limbs into a heated knot. Lips still joined, they stumbled to the bed and spread themselves across it, tearing away their clothes and arranging themselves in a comfy place, Angie on her back with her legs spread, and Mia between her lover’s thighs, sending a trail of rapid kisses from her forehead to her belly. As the kissing went on, Mia gripped Angie’s t**s, giving them both a spirited squeeze that twisted the waitress’s face into a long, tortured grimace. When Mia’s kisses reached the lovely valley between Angie’s shaking thighs, she slowed things down a little, teasing the clit with her tongue while adding feather-light flicks with her finger. Angie responded by shoving her hips upward, wordlessly demanding more pressure. Her friend was happy to oblige, speeding up the pace and intensity of their licks and kisses. “Ohhh, I love what you’re doing with your mouth,” Angie groaned. “But I need more.” “More? What do you mean, more?” Between gasps, Angie said, “I… want… your pussy.” She pointed to her mouth, leaving no ambiguity about her desires. Although a novice with lesbianism, Mia had tried the famed sixty-nine position before and loved it. So when prompted to plant her ass on Angie’s face, she didn’t need a second request. When both mouths connected with both p*****s, the girls shared a deep gasp. After settling into the breathtaking new position, their licks and nibbles grew harder and more passionate, like they had found the place they’d always belonged. Mia’s small body twisted from side to side, nearly falling several times. Below her, Angie adored every second of the torrent her body was bombarded with. Her legs quivered and her spine lifted from the mattress into a curve. An explosion was on its way. She could feel it. She could also feel a storm brewing in the body above hers. Mia released mousy squeals through her tightly clamped teeth and her tiny ass fell into a back-and-forth rhythm that tickled Angie’s nose to perfection. With both bodies racing to a climax, Angie wanted another repositioning. She needed to have face-to-face contact with the adorable lady she was now involved with. She also needed to rub her burning p***y against Mia’s. So she flipped her around and lifted her legs apart. Caught off-guard by the sudden shift in bodies, Mia filled the air with a euphoric howl, her face slanted sideways, her hair a mess. As this was all new for Angie, her first few thrusts were clunky, but delivered with an urgency that sent Mia’s eyes to the back of her skull. “Uhhhhh, that feels just right,” she said, hands slapping hard against the mattress. Within minutes, Angie’s pumping hips had grown in skill. She pressed harder and harder, burying her face in Mia’s boobs as a thunderclap ripped through her body. With gritted teeth, her body stretched long and hard. “Oooo, Mia! You have no idea!” Mia’s own voice was soaring to the ceiling. She twisted and kicked and clawed through an involuntary dance that, to Angie, seemed as wondrous as the one her own body endured. Together they knotted into a single unit, legs entwined, faces touching, hearts throbbing. Angie couldn’t imagine a greater joy. She wanted to stay in Mia’s arms forever. The next morning, Mia woke up refreshed and ready for her day. There was lots to do. First she’d have to check her emails to decide which letter to reply to. But it didn’t feel like work anymore now that she had a helper. “Come on, sleepyhead. We’ve work to do. The Ask Mia and Angie column isn’t going to write itself.” After a long, low grunt, Angie lifted her head off the pillow. “But my dreams were so nice.” They laughed together before taking a seat at the computer. The smile on Angie’s face made her almost unrecognizable. Life was better now in the real world now that she’d decided that fantasizes weren’t enough. THE END
