Beastly side.

"I knew you were mummy." The little one's voice was heard, and Matilda forced a smile as she gently caressed Amy's hair. "Would you like Mummy to feed you?" Matilda inquired, and Amy nodded. Amy was being carried by Matilda directly in front of the maid as they exited the room. Meagan was surprised because on her first day at Hector Mansion, she had to go through a lot in order to gain the trust of anyone. It took Meagan months of patience before Amy was finally able to open up to her. Amy is the quiet type who prefers to keep things to herself and, more importantly, does not open up to strangers, so Meagan was taken aback by the fact that Matilda had just carried Amy in her body and they were both making their way out of the room. She was curious as to how Amy felt so at ease with Matilda, so she trailed behind the two of them while curiosity couldn't help but eat her up. Matilda made her way to the kitchen, where a maid was in charge of preparing various types of dishes. "What do you want to eat, Amy?" Matilda, with a smile on her face, questions the little child. Amy smiled, and all the maids in the mansion had not seen her smile in a long time. "I'll have whatever you want, mummy, and my classmate will eat whatever their mother normally eats." Amy stated, and she even went on to justify her claim. Matilda stroked her hair even more lovingly. "May I please have a bowl of porridge?" Matilda inquired of the maid, who nodded. Amy's eyes widened in surprise as she looked at Matilda. "How come you're staring at me like that, dear?" Matilda inquired. "It's... I've never had porridge before." She mumbled, but her words were clear to Matilda's ears. "And what makes that so dear?" Matilda questioned. Amy exhaled as her gaze shifted from maid Meagan to the maid attempting to eat the bowl of porridge inside the microwave. "Maid Meagan has never served it to me." Amy responded. Matilda was the one who shifted her gaze to Meagan this time, arched her brows at the maid. "Is she not permitted to eat porridge?" Matilda inquired. Matilda had seen how some children these days have allergies, so she decided to consult Meagan before feeding her. "She is, but her father advised us not to give her porridge because the first time she tried it, she vomited." Meagan elaborated. "How old was she when she first tried porridge?" Matilda interrogated the maid once more. "She probably tasted it when she was two." Matilda became concerned when she heard the maid's statement because, if her father had stopped her from having it, it meant that there was definitely something behind it. "I'm not going to puke this time, Mom. I'd love to share some porridge with you." Amy said this in a sweet and lovely voice. Matilda let out a breath. "Does Amy suffer from any allergies?" "Umm... No. Amy's allergies have not been mentioned by the young master." Meagan elaborated. Matilda initially debated whether she should feed Amy porridge or simply feed her what she doesn't usually reject. Amy bit her lower lip and began staring at Matilda with a pleading gaze, as if she could read Matilda's mind. "I won't puke on the porridge, so please let me have it with you." She begged. The word 'Mum' sounded strange to Matilda's ears, but it was also very pleasant to hear. The word was warm, almost as if Amy had been calling her 'Mom' for a very long time. "Alright. Just a bowl of porridge for me. Amy will help me because I won't be able to finish an entire bowl." Matilda addressed the maid in charge of the kitchen. The maid did as she was told, and it was soon served at the kitchen table. "Please let me know if you experience any discomfort while eating." Matilda said to Amy because she doesn't want the little one to force herself to eat something unpleasant. "I'll notify your mother." Matilda began to feed herself and the baby after Amy's statement. Matilda was surprised that Amy was so comfortable with her, and she was even more surprised that Amy called her Mom. Matilda has no idea who Amy's mother is, and she suspects that Amy's mother divorced Hector, which is why Amy is in his care. Matilda was tempted to inquire about Amy's mother from maid Meagan, but she restrained herself because she prefers to inquire about Amy's mother when the child is asleep or when the child is far away from both of them. Matilda stood up from her seat after finishing feeding Amy and went to do the dishes. "You don't need to be concerned, Matilda. I'm going to do the dishes." Meagan exclaimed, and before Matilda could grab the dish, Meagan was already holding the dirty dishes from the plate. Meagan moved the plate to the kitchen sink and began staring at it. "How do you feel, Amy?" Matilda inquired as she turned her full attention to Amy. Amy gives a warm smile. "I'm feeling great, Mum, but I really need to take a bath." Matilda did not volunteer to care for Hector's child, but because Amy was so adorable, Matilda found it difficult to resist Amy's beauty charm. Matilda carried Amy, and the two of them went straight to Amy's room. Because the weather was a little chilly, Matilda decided that it would be best if Amy was bathed in warm water instead to avoid catching a cold. "Do you want to take a nap?" Because mummy is still a student, I need to do some reading." Matilda told Amy. The little one's eyes lit up as she heard Matilda refer to herself as a student. "Are you a grade 6 stude…?" "Amy, I'm a college student. And college is only for adults like myself." Matilda quickly explains because she noticed the little one becoming confused, and Matilda does not want to confuse the little one any longer. Amy's mouth curled as she whispered the letter 'O' Matilda chuckled, and then she began bathing the child. Amy's hair was short and reached her shoulder area. Her hair was soft, and as Matilda washed it, Amy closed her eyes and enjoyed the water running down her hair. Soon. Matilda had finished bathing Amy and had laid her on the bed, intending to finally leave the little one so that she could sort out her own things. Matilda wanted to read her books and then go see her parents to tell them that she didn't give herself up on purpose but was instead drugged by her sister. Matilda was fully aware that her family members would find it difficult to believe her, but she felt compelled to give it a shot anyway. "Mom, where are you going?" Amy inquired, clutching Matilda's index finger. "I'm going to get my books and then I'd like to take a warm bath and read and..." "I'm only interested in where you're going." Amy stated as she interrupted Matilda's statement. Matilda exhaled. "I'm going back to my room, dear." She replied honestly because she saw no point in lying to Amy, who is already a clever and brave young lady. "Would you be there before I woke up?" "Do you want me to return before then?" Matilda responded to Amy's question with a question. The little one nodded, her ocean blue eyes twinkling with delight. Matilda noticed that she resembles her father in many ways, including his hazel blue eyes, which attract people as if they were made of magnets. "Umm... I'll try to be quick so I can keep an eye on you while you're sleeping." Matilda stated that she was making Amy very happy. Meagan, who had already finished the dishes, was now standing beside Matilda, and she couldn't figure out how Amy could be so relaxed whenever she was with Matilda. Meagan was taken aback that Amy was allowing someone she had only met for thirty minutes to bathe and feed her. Matilda, on the other hand, made her way to the room that Meagan had previously informed her was hers. The room was stunningly beautiful and breathtaking. The interior design of the rooms made them appear more welcoming, and the rooms appeared to have everything needed. Matilda takes her time admiring the room before making her way to the bathroom. When she entered the bathroom, she noticed hickeys all over her body, which she attributed to the one-night stand she had with Hector, who offered to pay her for her services. Matilda took a deep breath before starting her bath. When she finished her bath, she exited the bathroom with a white towel wrapped around her chest, but to her surprise, she ran into Hector, who was waiting for her in front of the bathroom door. Hector's eyes were red, and his gaze made Matilda wish for the ground to open up and swallow her. His eyes were simply bloodshot, and he opened his mouth to say something that enraged Matilda to the point where she grabbed his collar and pinned him to the wall, intending to show him her beastly side.
