Did he saw me kissing the CEO? s**t, we're both dead.
"Gregory? You're always on time!" Kent knew him.
"Excuse me, sir!" I quickly walked out from his desk and went back to my desk.
They shake hands and he sat on Kent's desk.
He looked like a prominent person too. Is he one of Kent's friends or business partners?
"Long time no see, my friend!" Gregory said while his eyes were on Lucy.
"Seems like you had a new secretary huh?" He asked him.
Kent cleared his throat and loosened his tie.
"Yeah, she's pretty right?" He asked his friend.
Gregory raised his eyebrows.
"A new pet? Did your wife knows this?" He said and crossed his arms on his chest.
Kent shook his head.
"You're bad. Very bad. Stop now or else I'll tell her myself!" He warned him.
"Really? Go tell her and I will kill you!" Kent warned him too and Gregory laughed at him.
"You don't change, do you? Well, she's hot. Who's a guy could resist her charm especially Mr. Stone." He stares at her again.
"I hope you can keep a secret," Kent said to him.
Gregory sigh. He thinks first.
"Okay, my lips are sealed that you have a mistress!" And a smirk crossed his face.
Eloisa PoV
I was left alone again. I wish this pain would just go away. I still wanted to explore the world with my husband. I'm afraid that I can't make him happy anymore. I don't know when was the last time we had s*x. I wonder if it's okay with him to be like this or am I the one who missed something?
I called Ana from the speaker.
"Ana, can you please bring me the laundry clothes of my husband yesterday?" I ordered her.
"Yes, ma'am. I'm on my way!" she replied.
I waited and she came on time. She gave me the suit my husband wore yesterday. Since I'm bedridden now, I had no time to know where he went or whom he goes with. I don't want to think wrong ideas for him but I can't hide the fact that Kent is not a guy who would be head over heels to his partner. He betrayed me once and it's only one year ago. I need to follow in his footsteps to make sure that he is still loyal to me.
I smelled his pants and long sleeves and, oddly, he used his perfume. I forbid
Ihim to used it since I remember Lucy. I smell something fishy here. Does he and Lucy met by chance and contacted each other again? I clenched my fist. It made me mad to think about her. She's nothing compared to me. I am the heiress of our company and Kent is my husband now. I continued exploring his suit until I found a hair! It's long and seems like strands of hair of a girl.
I took a deep breath. I need to calm myself. Maybe this is all a misunderstanding. I had to ask him myself. He would be mad at me if he knew that I am touching his things.
Finally, he appeared and came inside.
"I'm home, honey!" he said and kiss me on my forehead.
"Hi, I miss you, honey!" I said while keeping his dress under my pillows.
He leans closer and kisses my lips. It's gentle but cold.
"Did Ana prepared your medicine?" he asked me.
I pretended not to see anything. I just nod my head and smiled at him.
"How long will you going to hide your affair to me?" I said it to myself while looking at him.
I tried to hold myself back.
How can he do this to me? I need to find out who's hair it is. If it's a girl's hair then I had to know who she was. I have an eye on someone closes to him.
I haven't met my husband's secretary.
"Hon, may I know what kind of secretary you qualified? If she's not as clumsy and stupid as the last one, I bet she came from a prestigious family and school.
I saw him avoiding my gaze and fidgeting his hands. I know my husband so well. He's like that when he's hiding something from me.
" Yeah, she's better. Why do you mention her? It's odd to have interest with my secretary." He said while taking off his suit.
I miss him so bad. I'm still undergoing chemotherapy but I can still make him happy I guess. His biceps and building blocks of muscles on his chest made me quiver. I took a deep breath. I'm feeling better these days. I guess I can even it's oral.
"Hon, can you come closer?" I commanded him with my soft voice.
