ROSE’S POV
“Can we see her?” I asked the doctor after a few seconds elapsed.
“Yea, you can see her,” The doctor told us.
“We would really love that,” I told the doctor and he led us to the ward where she was taken to.
Adam did not come with us. He allowed me to have some time with my mum. So he remained there waiting for us.
I followed the doctor as fast as possible. I wanted to see my sister. I wanted to see how she was doing.
“Be as quiet as possible. Don’t touch anything. You have five minutes,” The doctor gave us the instructions before he left us with Cheryl.
She was lying in bed. She was so helpless. With the oxygen pipe covering her nose. She was wearing the hospital uniform. Her eyes were tightly closed.
