Miss! Excuse me please.” Alex called out to the young woman who was rushing down the street. “Miss! Miss! I think you dropped your nose!” This catches the young woman’s attention as she turns around to look at Alexandra. Alex is fast. She strikes like a cobra in waiting. Pinching the carotid sinus the young woman’s legs begins to wobble. Jazmin fall’s unconscious immediately. She smiles happily to herself this technique always worked no matter how big the target was. She holds the young woman up so she could steady her, Alex needed to get Jazmin to her car before any suspicions were raised. An older couple passing the two look at them worried because the target was slouching and her body fully slumping on her. “She’s my friend. She just fainted,” she explains and lightly slaps her ‘friend’ on her cheeks. “Mitchell…hey wake up.” “Do you need any help? We can dial 911 seeing your hands are full,” the woman says. She sees the husband reaching into his pant pocket to pull out a phone. Alex has to do something immediately. Save herself before her plans get foiled by this nosy couple. “No! No! It’s OK. We are OK. She has Vasovagal Syncope.” “Isn’t that serious dear.” “No. Not really she faints when she stands for a long period and today was one of those days. Good thing I was here with her.” “Oh sorry dear. What can we do to help you then,” the older man asks Alex.  She points at her black Cadillac Escalade SUV that was parked not far from them. Alex hands the older woman the clutch that Jazmin had been holding. She straightens herself up before carrying her bridal style. “Thank you. I’m Rose by the way and she’s Mitchell,” Alex lied to couple who seemed to buy it. She buckles her target and faces the two. “We are the Bricers,” the lovely woman says and leans into the older guy. Her husband presumably, those two looked happy. “It was lovely meeting you two, but I have to go.” Alex bids farewell with the two and moves to the driver’s side. She breathes out before pulling out, her plan was almost spoilt by that nosy couple. Why couldn’t they mind they own damn business? The rest of the passers-by did not seem to pay attention to the two and now she had to make small talk with that elderly couple. God’ she hated small talk. Alex had waited and waited for Jazmin to show up. The GPS she was used to track her phone Bing was non-stop as it turned red, when she passed her. Alexandra knew she had hit jackpot when she saw her striding alone in the streets, no bodyguards tailing her. This would be an easy grab and snatch for her. All I had to do was wait and take her when she least expected it. According to Jake, she would be meeting Mrs. Aldrich there. A lunch date to be precise. I did not know she looked but I would soon. Jazmin was supposed to be meeting up with someone at the Perch, it was along south hill street. It was a high class, rooftop restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. It gave a splendid view of the city and its reservation always book. Alex drove to an underground parking lot so as to bind her victim. She knew would come around soon and by then she would be tied down to avoid any mayhem. Alex pulls up in the furthest slot in building’s the parking. The area is dark-lit with the bubble flicking on and off. She quickly gets and goes to the booth. She had some rope there and other items she’s needed in her line of work. Walking to the passenger side she opens the door slowly and pulls the young lady to face her. She pulls her to face her and holds her hand out. Once the wrists are at par and the forearm parallel to each other with a few inches apart. She wraps the rope around both wrists about six times leaving enough space for binding later on. Alex later crossed the ends together between the wrists. The clasp had to be tight just in-case the target struggled too much. She then wrapped the rope in opposite directions around the inner rope with three rotations to avoid the knot from slacking and then tightened the loops at the same time to her desired tightness. Alex finally secured the end of with another load of tight knots. Alex proceed to do the same with her legs making sure they were just as tight but not too tight to cause any bruising to Jazmin. Masking tape followed on the victim’s mouth. The drive ahead was long as she had to go to South of Los Angeles to Compton. Before making her delivery Alex had to stop at Jake’s, he was the middle man who verified the targets and whether their identities matched. Jazmin Blackheart was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Blackheart. The family was a very wealthy family, with its root deep in the business and political arena. But their affluence also brought to their doorstop really bad enemies. A reward had been set for the one the only child of Mr. Blackheart. A p*****t, worth 150 thousand dollars. Small money but it was still money. Whoever got her first and delivered her to Mr. French got the pay. Alexandra Lenaolars was extremely specialized in that field. She never attended college and barely finished high school but was accustomed to that type of life. School always seemed farfetched for her so she dropped out in 11 grade. Besides there were other means of making money way faster than going to school sitting and studying for long hours just to make a career out of it. Kidnapping, money laundering and maybe killing were one of the many ways for one to make a quick buck. After delivering the girl in her passenger seat she would get her 150 grand. How cool was this s**t. Pretty cool right? This kind of business had its ups and down but Alexandra had never killed anyone yet…she left that kind of work to her father or his men. He did the rest, for now all she had to do was take people, distribute some drugs and collect her father’s due from various joints in the city and she was pretty good at that. I mean you could be taken by her yet remain unaware. Alexandra Lenaolars had a specific set of skills and she knew how to use them well. Her beauty was crushing. With long jet black hair, green eyes and taunting white pearly skin. Alexandra had a body to die for, with it being toned in the right place but curvy too. Her smile was irresistible and it drew her targets to her, men and women alike. All she had to do was flick her killer smile and they’d come crawling to their dooms. The multiple piercing only adding to her charms, with two on her right eyebrow, then one her nose plus the ones on each of her ears. With the tying complete she took out her baseball cap and put it on then covered her face downwards with scarf only leaving her eyes visible. Pulling out of the parking spot she drove southward outside town. Her destination a bus stop where she’d meet with Jake. *********************** Jake stood up as the black car approached. It flicked its light and he stood up waving his hands signaling her to stop. Jake readies his tablet in order to identify the target from the national database. As soon as he confirmed, Alex would get the go ahead to deliver the victim. He approaches the car and opens the passenger door. The tablet in hand Jake takes her thumb pressing it on the screen to scan. The results come in and he his mouth drops as his eyes widen. Alex never made a mistake with her targets. Yet here she, with an entirely different person. NAME: ALDRICH, AMBER HERMOINE AGE: 17 YEARS OLD. RESIDENCE: BELL-AIR ESTATES, LOS ANGELES CODE: 90077 STUDENT: BELL-AIR HIGH SCHOOL, LOS ANGELES. “What the hell,” Jake speaks after a while, “Lexa what the hell!” “What?” Alex asks her heart pounding hard as seconds pass, “Jake…what’s wrong?” Alex says taking of her cap. She runs her hands through her hair removing the stray strands from her hair. “What did you do?” Jake asks Alex getting annoyed, “You took the wrong girl…” How could she get an entirely wrong person when she sent her a detailed background check on the target. Alex also had a GPS tracking device making it easier to identify Jazmin’s phone. “Wait what?” Alex tries to explain but is too shocked by the revelation, how in the hell did she take the wrong person. “Alex you got the wrong girl.” How? How could that happen, “Bu…but Holy f**k!!!? f**k! f**k! f**k!” “What do we do Jake?” “What in the actual f**k Lexa!!? What were you thinking…” Jake says shutting the passenger side door with so much force the car rattled. “s**t!” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Amber groans as she wakes up. She doesn’t feel any pain but one thing is that she’s extremely tired. Her clutch bag is missing but when she checks the pockets of her leather pants she finds two phones and some cash stuffed in there. She parts her left pocket and she feels some cards in there. “Miss Aldrich, how are you feeling?” a nurse in blue slacks asks. “Very tired. Where am I nurse?” Amber asks surveying her surroundings. It is obvious she is in the hospital but which one to be exact? “You are at the Martin Luther Community hospital miss.” “How did I get here?” “Some lady just dropped you at the emergency exit and drove off.” The nurse says to her, “I think you were mugged.” “What?” Mugged, that couldn’t be, she was kidnapped and that psycho bought her here. “Do you feel nauseous and drowsy,” the nurse asks inspecting her face with a small flashlight. “Good. The cut wasn’t that deep. Just remember, don’t scratch or irritate the wound. Plus change the dressing twice a day,” the nurse continued. CUT! What cut! Amber was dismayed, she did not feel any pain from the moment she work up. Amber feels herself up as she tries to locate the cut. Looking at her white top she sees a red blotch on her right side, she lifts it up she finds the area below her ribs bandaged. The nurse besides Amber assures her she’s fine and that she can leave after clearing her bill. Amber nods slowly noticing the nurse remove the drip from her arm. Having straightened out everything in the hospital she walks out slowly. How she wished she was home in bed and not out in the cold. Yet she’s extremely relieved that she did not lose her life from the scary ordeal. A doctor came in and assured her she was as healthy as a horse not long after the nurse left her. The test that had been carried out showed she hadn’t been extremely hurt or have any concussions. She immediately notes a lot of missed calls from her parents, four from her mom and six from her dad. Matt had also called her, once plus a few texts from her friends. Looking at all those she becomes overwhelmed and tears threaten to escape her now sullen eyes. Amber tries to call her boyfriend Luke to come get her but her calls keep going to voicemail. Her brother was out of town with his lacrosse team. Her last result was to call a cab. The drive is long and the cab driver keeps asking if she’d pay the full fare. This results to her paying him in full plus a tip just to get him to shut up. This definitely hard to be the worst day ever.
