(Zephyr POV)
Andrew was quick as she walked to his mother. He bowed and greeted his mother before giving her a hug.
"I thought I told you to take some rest, mother," he said, making the latter smile.
"I am fine, my dear. I should also celebrate the return of my baby". She kissed her son's forehead before leaving him to talk with others. Her eyes roamed around the room and she greeted a few people.
I, on the other hand, tried to make sure she didn't see me. I don't want to cause trouble to Andrew and I know that woman will cause a ruckus once she sees me.
"Why does she hate you so much?" Jasper asked as I looked at him.
