The smell comforted Scarlett through the night and for once she didn't cry herself to sleep. Usually when she laid in that bed that wasn't hers but merely a possession of the man down the hall, she would be succumb to horrible thoughts. Thoughts of that she would never have her life or she would never see Shawn again, but the night before she fell asleep to the memory of Forest and her's for once positive interaction that actually made her smile.
