Luca's POV
A cool breeze brushes my face as I lean back further into the shaded area of the great oak tree I'm sitting under. The sound of the wind carrying leaves across the dirt floor where large roots from trees poke out and dive back underground has me inhaling the fresh air deeply before letting out a relaxed sigh.
"Figured I'd find you here" a voice chuckles above me and I peep through one eye to see Reed looking down at me, a grin lifted at the side of his mouth and his unruly brown hair blowing in the wind. He comes closer and sits next to me with his back to the trunk of the large tree. I turn my head to him and he looks back at me seriously.
