I fix the contents of the box once more before putting the cover on. Adjusting the black bow on the top I smile wickedly at the final product.
Reaching for a small sheet of paper and a pen, I scribble the greeting neatly and slip it into an envelope. I then stick the envelope next to the bow and release a pleased sigh. I call out to one of the servant boys and he is bowing low infront my desk in a few quick seconds.
Giving him precise orders, I stress to him how very important it is that this package reaches its destination perfectly intact. He nods his head earnestly before taking the box off my desk and exiting the room.
